Avouch edits what you film on your phone into a finished video. Here is how it works, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Making a video
- Say the idea in your studio and pick a hook (the first thing you say). You get a script in three parts (the hook, the show and the close) that you can change.
- Film it on your phone: in one go (one video, 10 seconds to 3 minutes), or as 2 to 5 clips in the order they play. Start with the hook, to camera.
- Send it. An edit usually takes about 4 minutes once it starts; the page updates by itself and we email you when it's ready.
- Change it by saying what you want: “cut the first 2 seconds”, “captions bigger”, “start with take 2”. Every change is a new version, and undo goes back.
Posting
- Tap Post it: save the video, copy the ready caption (with the music credit when the track needs one), then post on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Autoposting isn't set up yet, so you post it yourself.
Your link
- Put your Avouch link in your bio. You earn $17.40 a month for every person who subscribes to Avouch Pro through it, while they stay, up to 12 months. You're never paid for anyone joining. Payouts are set up with your first subscriber.
If something goes wrong
- Lost your link? Open the newest email from Avouch and use the link in it. Can't find it? Ask for it again below.
- An edit didn't work out? It isn't counted against your edits. Try again with a new video.
- Anything else: write to partnerships@avouchhq.com, or use “Tell us what to fix” in your studio.
